And so my job was to stop the Democrat legislation. So I read the rule. You became so good at it. I read the rulebook forwards and backwards. I knew everything. I knew more about the rules in the assembly than the speaker did. And I used those rules of procedure to stop legislation. And the Democrats would want to get something passed and I would stop it. And so they gave me the moniker doctor. (31:41–31:46)
