And so I think that affordability part of it is a big deal and that's why property taxes are really important. Also, We've had the largest increase in utility rates the last eight years that we've seen in a long time. Used to be second lowest. We're now the second highest, over $2 billion in increases. So people are really being nickeled and dimed and state government can help by reducing that burden on people. (01:16–01:24)
