Well, that's an accurate characterization that we do need to turn out those people that occasionally turn out. I mean, you take a look up in my district, the seventh Congressional District, Northern and western Wisconsin. They were the difference makers in the November election where they got President Trump over the hump with those people that showed up up to 95% of the people in some counties. We need to re energize them. And I think that's part of the power of my candidacy.
