And they want to make sure that it's not happening here in Wisconsin, which at some level we know it is. It doesn't matter what state it is. There is some of this fraud going on. I don't know if it's at an industrial scale like Minnesota, but people want to know that their tax dollars are being spent appropriately and are not being shipped off to places like Somalia.
