I think leadership in the House expects the Senate to do this and that's why they gave in. There is no reason to go to $40,000. Just no reason at all. So I hope they scale that back. It should be scaled back to $10,000 but there is no reason for it to be $40,000. And they have the salt caucus has a real problem. There are no senators that are Republicans in New York, New Jersey, Illinois or California. There is no constituency for this amongst Republican senators. (21:22–21:37)
