If you have somebody that has very limited English or perhaps no English at all and they just, just go ahead and check the box, it's no big deal, you're fine. Those type of things can be abused. The SAVE act helps end some of that abuse by having it be proactive that you have to say that and prove that you are a citizen in order to register to vote. It's a common sense thing. I think if you put it to the vote of the American people, it probably be a 70 to 80% issue that only citizens can vote. (15:22–15:36)
