The Democrats woke movement awoke common sense here in America. And many Americans became aware of taxpayer dollars going to these so called diversity, equity and inclusion programs. And I have introduced the FAIR act with my good friend Representative Burgess Owens from Utah. And it would codify the President's executive order, one of his very first executive orders, to prohibit any future administration, federal contractor, university or other recipient of federal funds from intentionally discriminating.
