I just think Wisconsin is at a point where we're receiving some troubling signs. Our educational system is in decline. We're one of the 10 worst states to start a new business. Energy prices are among the highest in the Midwest now. as well as other stuff that's going on. And I think we need real leadership in Madison. I believe I can provide it.
