We know they crossed because there's an image or sign that they crossed. They got away. They weren't processed, they weren't vetted, weren't fingerprinted. They got away. Who are they? Where are they from? Why did 2 million people pay more to get away? Because you play a cartel, you pay one amount of money to get to the border, see a green uniform, turn yourself in, get processed, get released, get flown to the city like we discussed earlier. Well, if you want to get away, if you want to get to New York or Chicago without going through the process because you don't want anybody to know you're here, you got to pay a hell of a lot more to cartel.
