When we talk about police reform, as me, I believe we need to focus on building community relations and rapport between law enforcement and the serve. Defunding the police or abolishing the police is not the answer, frankly. Democrats in Minneapolis have defunded the police and we've seen the dire consequences with a dramatic rise in violent crime. that's impacting the we're trying to bring Minnesota ideas to the national discussion on police reform and that is a bill called the Community Outpost Outreach Engagement act, or COP House legislation.
