The general public, I believe, understands that we have to keep the political scene safe for not only the members who run for office, but for their families also. But The notoriety that is attached to this by social media seems to attract some of the people that are on the fringes to do things that 30 years ago you would have never known that they existed, let alone that they would even try it. I'm kind of shocked by the ho hum response we've gotten from many Americans. It's almost as if we've become accustomed to this. This is old hat now. (03:16–03:34)
