They routinely steal our intellectual property. They're saber rattling in the western Pacific, threatening to invade Taiwan. They've frankly bankrupted a lot of countries around the world. We see them [China] interfering with free access to the Panama Canal to some degree or the potential threat of that. So I think the President's going to play pretty tough on the China front, not just in this particular trade negotiation, but going forward unless we can establish a new and more equitable playing field for relationship between the two countries.
