It's the earliest date this feat has been accomplished since fiscal year 2020. And as of today, The full House of Representatives has also passed three of these bills across the floor. including the Military Construction and Veterans affairs bill, the Agricultural, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration bill and Related Agencies bill, and the National Security, Department of State and Related Programs bill.
