But beyond regulatory change, there's also that's where we maintain the nuclear stockpiles in the energy portion, all the nuclear energy for the US Navy, the reactors, those type of things are all funded there. As a matter of fact, Over half of the Energy and water bill is actually military related. but we keep nuclear weapons always under civilian control, so we don't actually handle that in the Department of Defense budget.
