And he began this process which has actually given us one, I think the most attractive state capital of the country. He's the one that finally got the dome on the Capitol. And He [Frank Keating] did it without public money, went and raised the money himself to make sure that was done. and started the beautification of the Capitol, which has continued under many subsequent governors and particularly my friends.
