The biggest Piece, though, I think, is reducing the amount of regulation around building a home today so that we can build more housing stock. We're about 5 million units short across the country for homes that we need. So reducing that regulation and hopefully encouraging state and local governments to reduce their regulations as well, to allow that flourishing of home construction to take place so that more Americans can get into their homes.
