When local governments plan a major public works project, should they have to give a preference to Wisconsin businesses? I think that they have to. It's funny, I just pooped a contract last week on a bit. Most Wisconsin businesses actually come in lower when you do bids. I find that out in this municipality. So I think it's important that Wisconsin businesses get a shot at whatever is being bid out. (14:52–14:57)
