If you're decreasing students, we just can't keep throwing money at them. We need to come up with a different solution. That's why I like this bill, because we gave them. I firmly believe we need to give 50% special ed, pay for 50% and keep increasing that. until we get to a very good chunk of change that frees up more money for these school districts.
