We have directed every U.S. attorney's office that they must pursue all viable charges related to UAC sponsor fraud, all available immigration violations, and any other crimes involving unaccompanied minors, such as labor or sex trafficking, aggravated identity theft or alien smuggling. Every U.S. attorney's office in this country has a designated UAC Coordinator. which helps streamline communication with law enforcement agencies and facilitate the prosecution of defendants involved in trafficking UACs.
