But I believe that voters should be giving, should be given every opportunity to get to the actual polling place on election Day. So I would love to see it be a holiday. I think, I think all voting should be in person with a couple rare exceptions, including the military, of course. I think they should be on paper ballots and I think they should be hand counted at South Dakota. That's what I believe. We're a small rural state. (40:05–40:10)
