The responsibility to make those changes falls on this legislature. And while we couldn't get a sense of urgency in the fall to get this done, we're here now. We're in this legislative session and something needs to be done. And so I'm grateful to the folks here. I'm grateful for the leaders, they've worked on this for decades and the time to make these common sense changes to make sure that these stories aren't replicated as now. (16:37–16:42)
