We've said that we are more than willing and we understand it's our responsibility and we support humane rule of law, immigration reform. It's why I've advocated as a member of Congress and as a governor, that We need to have reforms that allow a path to citizenship for the folks we want here and the ability to do targeted enforcement for those who shouldn't be here. So we continue to express that. We continue to work. I think probably what changed was when Tom Holman came here, I could get a conversation with someone. (22:17–22:27)
