And they went out there and talked and bragged about, look what our ICE agents caught. They didn't catch them. We caught them decades ago. And they came out of our prison. We handed them over. We have never not honored a detainer. And so, just to make it super clear, Governor Wallace is saying the worst of the worst are being handed over from state prison.
