Look, your guess is as good as mine on some of this because the collaboration and coordination now I will say since Mr. Holman has been here, we talk daily. We being our administration folks at the Bureau of Prisons, our BCA is talking. There is much more communication happening with the state and locals. And so that leads me to believe that they are probably falling through. So I think for Minnesotans, we wanted them out 10 weeks ago. This has gone on way too long. (38:00–38:06)
