Some Head Start programs, some of those small little seats that I've sat in hearing about what good work is done for these families and kids. Some Head Start programs...will not receive federal grants despite being the only option for many low income families. That will lead to disruptions that will force families to go without childcare as programs face dwindling funds or go without funding entirety. We funded it in the House. (18:19–18:45)
