We dramatically cut USAID funding to Nigeria at the beginning of this year when Donald Trump assumed office. He has restored some of the funding in September. That's a positive step. But when the US Exit the scene, there's a vacuum that tends to get filled by people who do worse and worse things. (11:00–11:08)
