I filed a War Powers Resolution against war against Iran during Donald Trump term, term one. It passed both houses. Donald Trump vetoed it. But after he vetoed it, we noted that he backed off of some of the unilateral military action that he was waging against Iran because he understood what a vote of Congress meant. (03:25–03:32)
