It's going to be difficult to get my support because I'm a process guy. I will sometimes vote against substance because it violates process. Classic example of that is the SAVE Act. I am not going to do what Mike Lee said in 2022 would be a travesty and that's federalizing elections. Now Mike's supporting it, but I'm a process guy when it works for us or against us. And I believe that that's an example of where we need to let the process play out. (24:59–25:07)
