And part of the reason is that that you had multiple Democrats splitting the vote and you had Eric Swalwell and Katie Porter, both a former House member and current House member, slugging it out. You've also got Tom Steyer, the billionaire who is spending millions and millions of dollars trying to buy the nomination. And so you had Democrats splitting their votes.
