Well, we're three weeks into a shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security. Thousands and thousands of employees continue not to be paid, including especially TSA agents. TSA agents have now missed two paychecks and as a consequence, a number of them are quitting their jobs. A number of them are not showing up. (00:22–00:29)
