There are a series of votes. We have to take it under the Senate rules. They can delay thing. They have a right to an intervening day between one vote and another. They can delay things for 30 hours. And so they could drag it out. Even though we have the 60 votes, they could drag it out as late as Friday. My guess is they'll drag it out till Monday or Tuesday. (08:22–08:26)
