The school choice provision that's in the bill I wrote that is going to unleash tens of billions of dollars of scholarships to kids in need. I think it's going to change this country. The Trump accounts is another provision I wrote. I believe those two provisions, school choice and The Trump accounts, 10, 20, 30 years from now, will be the most consequential elements of this bill.
