Look, I'm. I'm in the Senate. I can't prosecute anybody. I don't have executive authority. I have legislative authority. I can write legislation, which I have, but I can't. The power to bring an indictment, the power to go before a grand jury, to get an indictment, to prosecute. That is exclusively within the executive branch, within, principally, the U.S. department of justice at the federal level. And so I can tell you this.
