Look, I'm in the Senate. I can't prosecute anybody. I don't have executive authority. I have Legislative authority, I can write legislation, which I have, but I can't. The power to bring an indictment, the power to go before a grand jury to get an indictment, to prosecute, that is exclusively within the executive branch, within principally the US Department of Justice at the federal level. And so I can tell you this.
