It gives you the exact location. And an ADS B in simply is where the pilot can look down and see every other aircraft so you can see what they're broadcasting. The NTSB, the National Traffic Safety Board, has been recommending ADS B [in and out] for every aircraft for 20 years. It's not current law, and so my legislation mandates that it has to be.
