Well, actually, the two shutdowns were very, very different in 2013. That shutdown, what happened there? The House of Representatives passed a bill that funded the entirety of the federal government except for Obamacare and did not fund Obamacare. And what happened is Harry Reid and the Democrats in the Senate refused to pass that. They forced a shutdown then and I think it was a mistake when Harry Reid forced a shutdown then and I think it's a mistake now. (02:10–02:19)
