When this issue really came on my radar screen was when I was down at Laughlin Air Force Base and was meeting with the leadership there, and they were expressing. So what The Chinese have bought a lot of the land surrounding [Laughlin Air Force Base] and put windmills up on it. Now, why is that a problem?
