School choice is entirely about giving the poor, giving minorities, giving those trapped and failing schools the same ability to demand a better option that the rich and middle class have always had. I think School choice should be the civil rights issue of the next generation. You look at something like Social Security, personal accounts, I think that's another transformational issue.
