In my view, ICE and CBP are the tent pole. There is not a Republican. I don't care if you're the most rock, rip conservative or completely squishy mod. No Republican wants to vote against funding ICE and CBP. Yeah, that is a tent pole that can carry the rest of it. And so that's the case I'm making to my colleagues right now.
