And so the military was there to keep that law enforcement safe. That's the principal justification. There are a couple of other justifications. There's another justification which is that Maduro was leading a designated foreign terrorist organization. And so there are existing legal authorities to go after foreign terrorist organizations. That's something we're going to see litigation on this. And that surely is going to be a justification as well. (34:16–34:23)
