When I heard about it, I said, that makes no sense at all. But it was already passed. It was signed into law at the time. I heard about it. And so what I've done, I've joined with the two Nevada senators, with Catherine Cortez Masto and Jackie Rosen. They're both Democrats, and also Bill Haggerty, who's a Republican.
