It is utterly absurd to say that nine senators are going to go destroy evidence and tamper with witnesses. And he signed that. And when he signed that, he was no longer being a judge, he was being a partisan. It is clear this man hates Republicans and is willing to act on his partisan animus. (13:51–13:58)
