And so what happened on this legislation is I introduced legislation this week that takes the existing federal grants that go to education. There's a pretty big funding stream from the federal government to states for education. And the reading funds, the legislation I introduced said if you want to get those reading funds, you have to use the reading methods that are demonstrated empirically to work. (20:14–20:20)
