But nobody will fill the role that Lindsey Graham played in this Senate. But we do have an obligation to carry on with his sane devotion to the American people. And I can think of few more fitting testaments than for this body to take up and pass overwhelmingly the bill that Lindsey personally negotiated with President Trump, what I think should be known as the Lindsey Graham Russia Accountability Bill.
