California has passed Proposition 50. Tell people what that is quickly and your reaction to that. So California wants to redistrict. They're going to redistrict to create five new Democrat seats. California is already one of the most heavily gerrymandered states in the country. I think 82, 83% of the seats are Democrat even though only about 60% of the votes are Democrat.
