California, biggest Democrat state in the country. In 2024, 58% of Californians voted Democrat, 38% voted Republican... They have a total of 52 congressional seats. Of those 52, 43 of them are Democrat, nine are Republican. What does that mean? It means The Democrats win 58% of the vote in California, and they get, wait for it, 83% of the congressional delegation. That's what they vote Democrat there. (16:59–17:22)
