The FCC may well engage as well in signing off on this. I'm the chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee. I expect to be quite engaged in this process. So it will take some time. At a minimum, it's several months. It could be upwards of a year. And the consequence if this merger happens, it is really significant for news and it's really significant for entertainment.
