So we needed to make sure that those calls were answered in a timely manner and that there was a warm handoff to local mental health agencies so that people could have follow up service if necessary. And so We needed to plus up funding in HHS and SAMHSA in particular to back up that fielding of the 988 line. It has been very frustrating and confusing in this administration as they've tried to reorganize the department basically shift programs out of SAMHSA into some Make America Healthy Again organization.
