Well, they're contributing to that and we can't see inside. And that's been frustrating to me. But now we're seeing it in so many other aspects of healthcare. There are middlemen even in employer provided healthcare. So say you're a manufacturer and you have a large workforce and you have a self employed plan or whatever, people come in and say, well, you're good at making widgets, we're good at administering healthcare plans, so hire us to administer your plan.
