And in the House they just can't do that. So do you have other predictions for the lame duck agenda? Well, I think we will pass the National Defense Authorization act, the ndaa. That is something that has always passed in a calendar every calendar year for about the last 60 years. And I know we're pushing it very late, but I do think we'll figure out a way to get that done.
